Please be aware that Shiny Remote Support should be used only if the support agent asks you to do so.

How to Start

  1. Download Shiny Remote Support by clicking the button below.
  2. Launch the downloaded ShinyRemoteSupport file.
  3. The Shiny Remote Support window appears. It contains the ID and password that should be used by your support agent to establish connection with your Mac.
  4. Give the received credentials to the agent and start the remote desktop session.
